This magazine collaboration was handed out at New York Comic Con 2024 as a nod to anime fan nostalgia. I designed the cover art (OVERLORD on the front, The Apothecary Diaries on the back) and collaborated with stakeholders and art directors to ensure that all text and placement met Newtype brand standards.
As a note, we were not allowed to alter these custom illustrations, so we could not add a background texture or color since they were delivered on white backgrounds.
