One-page spread in the Newtype x Crunchyroll magazine collab that was given out at conventions during July 2025, including Anime Expo and Anime NYC, to lead conventiongoers to the Crunchyroll Youtube channel to watch free first episodes. The campaign was inspired by the free DVDs that Newtype used to give out in each issue in the early-mid 2000s with first episode samplers, and is meant to appeal to oldtaku nostalgia.
The Instagram carousel supporting this magazine issue was also designed by me, drawing from popular ad photography from the time period. See the others here!
