I created these social assets to raise awareness of SB 498, a bill going to California legislature that would remove the 15 minute limit on phone calls for prisoners and making texting free, with the end goal of keeping prison residents connected to their families on the outside and reducing rates of recidivism.
I created the assets in Adobe Photoshop but drew the icons by hand in Adobe Illustrator using vector art. The only commercial free item I used was the hands on slide 4. The goal of these assets was to make the purpose behind the bill easy for average social media readers to understand and give them actionable steps they can take to help.
