Hime and Friends Pumpkin Stencils

I designed these stencils in Adobe Illustrator by converting existing art of mascot Hime, Yuzu, and Sudachi to lines/shapes. I spent a fair amount of time making sure each piece was feasible to cut out, but there are definitely areas that would need to be propped up with a toothpick to keep the pumpkin stable. These were a fun way to engage with our fan community around Halloween, and we re-shared these several years in a row.
We had previously made stencils for specific anime titles, but it was very difficult to receive licensor approval on the images, and using Crunchyroll’s in-house IP allowed us more flexibility.
